Final price we agreed on included 2 spare nosing - very nice to have backup on case of wrong cut! Albert explained in details how to cut and finish those stairs, even offered to come and show how to do it. Order was done in 3 days. It took me more time (4 full days) to finish my stairs due to precise cutting and endless measuring. It would definitely help to have more DIY videos from Albert covering process of vinyl stairs installation. He shared couple videos with me, but more definitely would not hurt. He promised he would do some more. In a nutshell - stairs installation is a lot more work/pain than you would expect, leave it to Albert lol if your financial situation allows it. Highly recommend services. If I will build another set of stairs would definitely use 123 Alberta Stairs.
