The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 15 business days. Our base location is in Alberta, Canada, thus delivery times may vary depending on your location within the country, generally ranging between 5-15 business days. We always use expedited shipping by Canada Post and require a signature upon delivery to prevent any package loss.

At present, we solely operate within Canada.

Returns & Return Policy:

All sales are final as Vinyl Nosing specializes in crafting custom-made products, rendering them non-refundable.

Exchanges are solely accepted for items damaged during transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:

To qualify for an exchange, customers must first notify Vinyl Nosing of any damaged products via email at 123albertastairs@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customers may be required to furnish proof of purchase and may be requested to provide evidence of the damaged product, either through photographs or by returning the damaged item(s) to Vinyl Nosing.

Upon review, customers will be informed of the approval or rejection of their refund request.

The dispatch of the replacement product to the customer will be initiated following confirmation of liability from the carrier or manufacturer. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund equivalent to the full purchase price of the damaged item(s) will be issued to the customer.

Refunds (if applicable):

In instances where an approved return cannot be replaced, a refund will be processed. The credited amount equivalent to the damaged product will be reimbursed to the customer's original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Delayed refunds often stem from processing times at banks or credit card companies. If 7 days have elapsed without receiving the refund, customers are advised to contact their banks and credit card companies to inquire about the status of their refund.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they arrive damaged. Should you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us at 123albertastairs@gmail.com and proceed with returning the item.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For items exceeding $60 in value, customers are advised to consider utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Vinyl Nosing bears no liability for confirmed instances of lost or stolen packages delivered to the address specified in an order. Upon request, Vinyl Nosing will furnish confirmation of delivery to the provided address, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer's investigation.
